Kaye took us to “the next level”. She allowed us to break down barriers and old paradigms that were preventing our progress and set us on the right course. We have tripled our size and are now well poised to make a significant impact on the education system as a whole

Experience

Mpact Consulting founder, Kaye Patterson, has over 30 years of diverse professional experiences supporting others in our community. Patterson is leading Mpact with proven expertise in the following areas:

Inspiration

Working with the Houston Music Hall Foundation, Patterson led the Hobby Center through a targeted operational analysis. One outcome of the analysis was the recommendation for an energy audit, to be led in part by the Clinton Climate Initiative. Enabling the Hobby Center to discover greater sustainability was the inspiration behind Mpact Consulting. Providing similar benefits to other nonprofits is the goal.

Impact

Patterson spent seven years at the Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture as the Director of Development. The college garnered local and national support and acclaim from implementation of Patterson’s strategic planning in fundraising, external affairs and public relations.

Future Horizons

Mpact Consulting is a compilation of hands-on leadership roles, active fundraising assignments, and strategic planning positions. The common thread is passion, best described by Ralph Waldo Emerson’s quote: “Don’t go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.” Houston is already on the trail to a sustainable future. Mpact is positioned to take nonprofits to the next level of sustainability, paving the way for future success.
